Lakes are magnificent; Upper Wrights Pond is a lake that's close to Lower Wrights Pond. Scott Brook flows through this vicinity; needless to say, this is a perfect vicinity for folks who like lakes, Wright Ponds is a lake in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is magnificent at Wachusett Mountain; if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel -       Leominster/Fitchburg Area is a great choice. Plaza Court Motel and Campgrounds is a glorious campground nearby, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Stony Brook. Yeah, come here to Lower Wrights Pond for a perfect time. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can explore Ashby Reservoir Dam, and going for a hike on the Old Country Road is always a good adventure. During the long summer days, highs typically are in the 70's at Lower Wrights Pond, and                  through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lower Wrights Pond. You can observe Pearl Hill from Lower Wrights Pond, and an afternoon playing golf at Maplewood Golf Course is always a delight.
