There are other locations here than Lily Pond, for example Hastings Pond, and there's splendid hiking along the Sunset Trail. This lake is so wonderful. On a lovely day you acquire a panorama of Bennetts Knob from Lily Pond, and if you came to camp Wagonwheel Campground is a brilliant location to do that. Don't leave Lily Pond without first going for a hike along the Marlboro Trail; Millers River is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby. So much entertaining

The high level of rainfall makes Lily Pond a rather wet spot; through May this area sees the most rain while February is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A quick trip to Black Brook near Lily Pond is a splendid idea, and you can run the rapids of Ashuelot River. is a wonderful site to get some rest, and why not head up to Living Memorial Park and strap some skis to your feet. Richards Mill Pond is a splendid lake close to Lily Pond, and delightful hiking is available along the Sunrise Trail.
Throughout the summer months here at Lily Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Lily Pond overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 0's.
