There's so much to do here at Lily Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Otis Trailer Village John's Pond Campgro is a splendid place for that, and if you're dropping by from Barnstable
Town, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors La Plaza Del Sol is a great spot to spend a night or two, and you can take a little visit to Mashpee River Dam if you're here at Lily Pond. During
the summertime here at Lily Pond, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lily Pond.

It's a cool campground to go to but if you like to stay out late stay away because they come around at like ten and make everyone go bad to their own camp sites and you can't stay at that play ground. And if you don't go back to your campsite when they make their second rounds the rangers chase you on golf carts. Which is pretty fun because you have to out run them. But everything else is pretty chill.... |

I was interested in a rental on Widgeon Pond. I stayed there many years ago and loved it....I have a cottage on Widgeon Pond. Nice, quiet and relaxing pond with reasonable fishing. Swimming is nice but sometimes the water is really high, almost to the extent where there is no beach at all. Some people have small parties or gatherings, but there aren't any loud parties. Very calming place to chill out.... |
