Wachusett Mountain is a good local ski area, and camping at Wood Lot Campground is always a great experience. Lakes? Sure, Auburn Pond is around here, and a golf course nearby is Pakachoag Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Border Trail, and hey, Beaver Brook is a wonderful local stream. Having a great time at Leesville Pond is easy. Leesville Pond is right by the       Munyan Trail. A great close by hotel is La Quinta Inn Auburn/Worcester, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Clear and Branch. If you're going to Leesville Pond from Worcester, you won't be the only one, and you can spot Dorothy Hill from Leesville Pond. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the vicinity of Leesville Pond will keep you coming back over and over. Everybody close by loves skiing at Pine Ridge; a perfect                  location to camp here at Leesville Pond is Sutton Falls Camping Area. During the long summer days at Leesville Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Leesville Pond through the winter frequently dip into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Baymont Inn & Suites is a splendid choice, and there's some out of the ordinary stuff to see at Leesville Pond Dam near Leesville Pond. Much rainfall falls at Leesville Pond; during May this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
