You get a great view of Crackrock from Lakeview Pond. If you're visiting Lakeview Pond from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River, you won't be the only one; Renaissance Boston Hotel & Spa at Patriot Place is a great spot to get some rest. The high level of rainfall makes Lakeview Pond a rather wet site; November is the wettest month with       most rain, and the driest of the months is July. Lakeview Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Canoe River Campground is a good local campground; not far from here you can enjoy the trees of Foxborough State Forest. Throughout the summer highs here at Lakeview Pond reach the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lakeview Pond                  temperatures sink to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lakeview Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort is a great place for that, and get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Charles River. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Lakeview Pond. Not far from Lakeview Pond, you'll discover Sunset Lake which is a lovely lake, and Gobernor Meadow is a swamp in the neighborhood of Lakeview Pond. The views at Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor will blow your mind, and Furnace Lake Dam is a spot that is near Lakeview Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
