Go to Lake Watatic if you want to go to a nice lake. most of the rain is May, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant close by hotel is Colonial Hotel, and Contoocook River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. Enjoy a round of golf at Gardner
Municipal Golf Course not far from Lake Watatic, and everyone close by loves skiing at Wachusett Mountain. Throughout the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Lake Watatic. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the
50's. During the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lake Watatic plunge into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Watatic
that you need to camp here for a while, Howe's Camping is a magnificent place for that; you don’t have to go far from Lake Watatic to see the water at Lake Watatic Dam. This place, Lake Watatic, it just has so much outdoors entertaining
stuff. Upper Naukeag Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and paddling on Stony Brook is so much fun.
