     A lake close by is Russell Cove, and get drenched paddling on Connecticut River. This lake is so wonderful. Batchelor Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth stopping at, and magnificent water scenery is available at Lake Bray Dam near Lake Bray. There's so much to do here at Lake Bray that you need to camp here for a while, Rainbow Motel is a magnificent location for that, and the top of Cedar Knob is easily spotted from Lake Bray. This lake  
   is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Quality Inn & Suites Northampton is a nice choice, and a day on the slopes of Blandford is just what you need.
Don’t forget to stop at Hockanum Flat since you're here at Lake Bray. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Bray has to offer, you can camp at Windy Acres Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Deerfield River; the Link Trail offers hiking at its best.
 
               Lake Bray is a reasonably wet place typically with a great deal of precipitation; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture.
All through the summertime months at Lake Bray highs are commonly in the 70's, and the overnight is quite colder of course, generally in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's while Lake Bray overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area next to Lake Bray has to offer. Lake Bray is not far at all from Springfield, and enjoy a round of golf at Orchards Golf Course Superintendant. Lake Bray beyond doubt is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. Dry warm beds await you at Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, and Titans Piazza is an out of the ordinary location to check out while at Lake Bray.
If you get bored of Lake Bray, you could also take a look at nearby Kennedy Pond; close by you come across Thermopylae which is a great spot to stop by. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Bray; Spring Trail is a perfect local trail, and the governing trait in the neighborhood is the Mount Tom Range. Lake Bray is right by the Richard Trail, and you ought to beyond doubt pop by delightful Sandy Beach if you're here.

My Mother was born in Easthampton-Wanat house near pond-Williston Ave. I am a former member of citizens restoring Congamond. There used to be a lot of fish - but now only bluegills -Millfoil is one of invasive weeds in pond. Pond over years has a lot of garbage thrown in it-used to swim there- would not dare now especially where beach used to be....
