Fresh Pond is a splendid lake next to Jerrys Pond, and why not a little side spree to Alewife Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is good on Concord River; Jerrys Pond is a place with many visitors from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy. Throughout the summertime months at Jerrys Pond highs are regularly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's while Jerrys Pond overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. Jerrys Pond sees pretty high levels of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is August. This lake is so wonderful.
