Jamaica Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Jamaica Pond usually gets lots of rainfall; most of the rain falls all through November, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is a good site next to Jamaica Pond; get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Charles River. camp at Camp Cedar; a perfect nearby hotel is Samuel Sewall Inn. Head up to Blue Hills and strap some skis to your feet, and beaches are delightful and Malibu Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to
do here at Jamaica Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Micah is a wonderful spot for that, and George Wright Golf Club is a golf course close by. Some of the water close by flows, like Stony Brook; Willow Pond is a nearby
lake that you could explore. A day on the slopes of Bradford is just what you need, and you're sure to encounter some great people from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy here. All through the summer at Jamaica Pond highs are regularly in
the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Jamaica Pond drop into the 10's.
