At Icehouse Pond you can make out Fort Hill, and the Buttonbush Trail is a delightful       hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Icehouse Pond you acquire some glorious water scenery at Nauset Harbor, and if you need a site to stay Ships Knees Inn is a good choice.
