     A fine spot like Hockanum Meadows here at Hulberts Pond is too glorious to miss; after a long day outdoors Autumn Inn is a delightful site to spend a night or two. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Hulberts Pond; Richard Trail is a great local trail, and Rainbow Motel is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, and if you came for an overnight stay Windy Acres Campground is a wonderful  
   site to camp. Through the warm days of summer at Hulberts Pond highs are typically in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are frequently in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Hulberts Pond.
If only every spot had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great world it would be. Looking for something right next door to Hulberts Pond? The Oxbow is around here, and swing
 
               by Brickyard Brook it's a brilliant location to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Hulberts Pond is not the only place nearby, Danks Pond is a nearby lake, and a day on the slopes of Blandford is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. There's some interesting stuff to catch a sight of at Mill River Dam close to Hulberts Pond, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Berkshire East is rather near.
Lots of precipitation falls at Hulberts Pond; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is January. If you're here at Hulberts Pond and you like golf, you can visit Pine Grove Golf Club; don't leave Hulberts Pond without first going for a hike along the Spring Trail.
You can run the rapids of Deerfield River near Hulberts Pond; if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Springfield. There's whitewater on Connecticut River for all you thrill seekers, and the Mount Tom Range casts its shadow over Hulberts Pond. The sight of Deadtop from Hulberts Pond is delightful, and Sandy Beach is a beach close by that you can visit.
And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do in close proximity to Hulberts Pond. A good swamp close to Hulberts Pond is Neds Ditch, and perfect hiking is available along the Link Trail.

My Mother was born in Easthampton-Wanat house near pond-Williston Ave. I am a former member of citizens restoring Congamond. There used to be a lot of fish - but now only bluegills -Millfoil is one of invasive weeds in pond. Pond over years has a lot of garbage thrown in it-used to swim there- would not dare now especially where beach used to be....
