Dan'l Webster Inn is a good place to get some rest. On a fine day it's a good idea to spend the day at East Sandwich Beach, and Scorton Harbor is stunning. Why not camp at Peters Pond Park if you're here at Hoxie Pond, and swamps like Scorton Creek Marshes in the neighborhood of Hoxie Pond make for pleasant places to go to. There's       just no way someone can get bored here at Hoxie Pond. An afternoon playing golf at Sandwich Hollows Golf Club is always a joy; unsurprisingly, this is a pleasant region for people who like lakes, Nye Pond is a lake in close proximity. Throughout the summertime highs here at Hoxie Pond reach the 80's; the night is rather chillier of course, commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Hoxie Pond are in                  the 10's. The great folks of Barnstable Town like to hang out close by, and you can hit the beach if you want, Springhill Beach is practically right here. This lake is so wonderful. A great site to camp here at Hoxie Pond is Dunroamin' Trailer Park; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Lawrence Pond. The high level of precipitation makes Hoxie Pond a reasonably wet spot; through November this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
