of yearly rain; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. There are some nice whitewater spots on Konkapot Brook, and while you're here you can play some golf at Cranwell Resort
& Golf Club. After a long day outdoors The Red Lion Inn is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Housatonic River Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Woodland Hills Campground
is a great location for that. This lake is so wonderful. Some close by water includes Agawam Brook, and Housatonic River Reservoir is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Maple Glade Campground is a splendid local campground.
