This is a popular location for people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River; Canoe River Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. Charles River is a splendid whitewater spot right next door to Hersey Pond. Lakes? Sure, Foundry Lake is in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful.
