Hathaway Pond is a nice lake to visit. A lake close by is Marys Pond, and a delightful site to camp here at Hathaway Pond is Outdoor world Cape Cod Resorts. Summertime at Hathaway Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Hathaway Pond. This lake is so wonderful.

Why not camp at Shady Acres while you're here at Hathaway Pond, and a swamp like Bear Swamp near Hathaway Pond has lots of out of the ordinary things to see. But wait, there's more to do near Hathaway Pond. Marion Golf Club is a good golf course close by, and beaches are glorious and Pico Beach is no exception.

site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. You could also stop by Leonards Pond while you're here at Hathaway Pond; it's nearby, and Benson Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look at.

Ellis Haven was my summer vacation every year from 1957 to 1967. I'm 58 years old now and my best memories are of Ellis Haven. Looks like it's still a beautiful place to take a vacation....I have been going to Ellis Haven for 50 years. It is definately one of my favorite campgrounds. It is very family oriented and extremely clean. The pond is fabulous for swimming and great for fishing too.... |

I was interested in a rental on Widgeon Pond. I stayed there many years ago and loved it....I have a cottage on Widgeon Pond. Nice, quiet and relaxing pond with reasonable fishing. Swimming is nice but sometimes the water is really high, almost to the extent where there is no beach at all. Some people have small parties or gatherings, but there aren't any loud parties. Very calming place to chill out.... |

It's a cool campground to go to but if you like to stay out late stay away because they come around at like ten and make everyone go bad to their own camp sites and you can't stay at that play ground. And if you don't go back to your campsite when they make their second rounds the rangers chase you on golf carts. Which is pretty fun because you have to out run them. But everything else is pretty chill.... |
