Haskell Pond is a wet location that gets a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is November while August is usually       the driest month. A spree to Black Beach near Haskell Pond is always a nice idea, and Haskell Pond Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. At Haskell Pond during the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Haskell Pond dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Lily Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at,                  and a perfect site for whitewater paddling is Cohasset Tidal Rip.
