The beauty of Halls Pond is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Prospect Lake Park is a good campground here, and one of the best things about this site is its proximity to Malibu Beach. Man, is there lots of fun stuff to do near Halls Pond. | | need. Halls Pond is a spot with many visitors from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy, and an afternoon playing golf at Franklin Park Golf Course is always a bliss. This lake is so wonderful. Beaches are tremendous; and Magazine Beach next to Halls Pond is no exception; dry warm beds await you at Anthony's Town House. is a brilliant whitewater spot close by. Halls Pond gets lots of water; the month with most of the rain is November; the driest of the months is July. After a long day outdoors Beacon Inn is a great place to spend a night or two,
and a pleasant spot for whitewater paddling is Charles River. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Halls Pond. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are
generally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Halls Pond. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. If you get bored of Halls Pond, you could also go to close by Brookline Reservoir, and Aspinwall Hill is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Halls Pond.
