During the summertime months highs here at Hallockville Pond get into the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hallockville Pond. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Spring Trail, and don't forget to take a pleasant little visit to Basin Brook.       So much fun stuff next to Hallockville Pond, completely impressive. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Westfield River - North Branch, and camping at Peppermint Park Camping Resort is always a brilliant experience. This lake is so wonderful. Very good water scenery is available at Hallockville Pond Dam near Hallockville Pond; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Blandford is quite near. The yearly rain here at Hallockville Pond is about average; the                  wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is generally the driest month. If you need a spot to stay The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA is a glorious choice. A spree to Moody Spring will fill your soul with good feelings, and on a lovely day you obtain a great view of Bond Hill from Hallockville Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Hallockville Pond; Busby Trail is a good local trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Chickley River. There's glorious hiking along the Dunbar Brook Trail, and a brilliant site to camp here at Hallockville Pond is Shady Pines Campground.
