The sight of Livermore Peak from Haley Pond is charming, and do take a hike on the Elbow Trail. So many cool things to do here at Haley Pond, too nice to be true. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Konkapot Brook, and if you need a place to stay Old Inn On the Green is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to stumble upon some smiling people from Pittsfield       here, and needless to say, this is a brilliant area for folks who like lakes, Benedict Pond is a lake close at hand. Yeah, come here to Haley Pond for a pleasant time. Gotta ski! Ski Butternut is a great place to do that. Benedict Pond Dam is worth a visit while you're here; since you're here you can play some golf at Greenock Country Club. in the vicinity of Haley Pond you'll come across a wooded area called Beartown State Forest, and Haley Pond is a tremendous                  spot to camp, Maple Glade Campground is a tremendous spot. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Indian Trail, and a nice nearby hotel is Turning Point Inn Bed & Breakfast. Stay the night at Lone Oak Camp Sites, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Wild Cat Trail. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Haley Pond highs are regularly in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 30's while Haley Pond nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Farmington River - West Branch has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by, and what would winter be without some skiing at Bousquet.
