Hales Pond is a pretty wet place mostly with a large amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is June. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Assabet River. Swamps don’t sound that great but Reserve       Pond in close proximity to Hales Pond is pretty great; if you came to camp Camp Micah is a good location to do that. Throughout the summer at Hales Pond highs are generally in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Hales Pond tend to be in the 10's. Bulfinch Hotel Boston is a glorious site to get some rest, and lakes are such calm sites,                  why not go to Notch Pond. This lake is so wonderful. It's a perfect idea to pop by North Brook, it's near Hales Pond, and a lovely lake like Chickering Lake is a great location to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Castle Hill is clearly visible from Hales Pond; a delightful site for whitewater paddling is Charles River. If you haven’t been to Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area, you should schedule some time for it since you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Sheraton Needham Hotel. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Hales Pond. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Wellesley Country Club Athltc Activities is close at hand.
