This lake is so wonderful. On a beautiful day you can visit Magazine Beach next to Halecyon Lake, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Blue Hills is rather near. All the outdoors fun stuff in the vicinity of Halecyon Lake will keep you coming back over and over. After a long day outdoors Best Western Hotel Tria is a splendid location to spend a night or two, and get wet paddling on Charles River. Summertime highs at Halecyon Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and night lows at Halecyon Lake throughout the wintertime typically fall into the 10's.
