It's always fun to stop by Gull Pond. All our national parks are delightful sites to pop by, and Cape Cod National Seashore is no exception; Captains Quarters Motel is a great place to get some rest. Campground is a fine place for that; swamps don’t sound that splendid but Featherbed Swamp close to Gull Pond is pretty splendid. Much precipitation falls at Gull Pond; November is when you get the most rain here, and July is the
month with the least moisture.
This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Gull Pond you can take a hike along the Pamet Cranberry Bog Trail, and the vista of beautiful Cannon Hill is brilliant. Spend the day on the beach
at Cahoon Hollow Beach since you're here at Gull Pond, and a fine place is Fox Bottom. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Spectacle Pond is around here, and taking a little journey to close by Duck Creek is a great idea.
Chequessett Yacht & Country Club is a pleasant golf course close by, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Great Island Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Four Points By Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Buttonbush Trail.
