On a pleasant day at Greenville Pond you can take a hike along the Border Trail, and Hillcrest Country Club is a tremendous golf course close by. at Greenville Pond Dam right next door to Greenville Pond is beautiful, and a great swamp near Greenville Pond is Great Cedar Swamp. The top of Ballard Hill is easily seen from Greenville Pond; the slopes of Wachusett Mountain
are so inviting noone can resist. The Walkabout Trail is a magnificent hiking trail near Greenville Pond; what would winter be without some skiing at Pine Ridge. Man, is there heaps of cool things to do close to Greenville Pond. People
from Worcester love to come to Greenville Pond, and Greenville Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, The Woodlot Campground is a good local campground. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Greenville Pond. All through
the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Greenville Pond. A visit to Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is worthwhile, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Munyan Trail.
