Grassy Pond is always a pleasure to visit. You should pop by Provincetown Harbor when you're here at Grassy Pond; a day at picturesque Race Point Beach in close proximity to Grassy Pond is a great thing to do. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. If the weather is good here at Grassy Pond, you can go for a hike along the Small Swamp Trail; dry warm beds await you at Pilgrim House. While you're here at Grassy Pond you can take a hike along the Beach Forest Trail, and Cape Cod National Seashore is a glorious local destination. Grassy Pond gets a good deal of water; November is when you get the most rain here, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. at Dunes' Edge Camp Ground.
The peaks of the Dunes of the Provincelands dominate the scenery of this area. There's so much to do here at Grassy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Coastal Acres Camping Court is a magnificent
location for that. The top of Dunes of the Provincelands is easily seen from Grassy Pond, and Dexters Inn is a wonderful location to get some rest. For the period of the summertime here at Grassy Pond, high temperatures generally
get into the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are mostly in the 30's, and night lows at Grassy Pond through the winter regularly dip into the 20's.
