Granville Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. Going for a hike on the Richard Trail is always a good adventure, and on a great day it's a wonderful idea to spend the day at Babbs Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Westfield River, and Bad Luck Mountain is clearly visible from Granville Reservoir. So much fun stuff to do at Granville Reservoir, so little time. Get soaked paddling on Little River, and close by you stumble on the Link Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. If you're a golfer then a splendid nearby course is Southwick Country Club, and a brilliant place to camp here at Granville Reservoir is Prospect Mountain Campground. Summer at Granville Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at
Granville Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Blandford are so inviting nobody can resist; there's some interesting stuff to see at Granville Reservoir Dam in the vicinity of Granville Reservoir.
