Gould Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps don’t sound that magnificent but Boat Meadow River Marshes next to Gould Pond is pretty magnificent, and from Gould Pond you obtain a wonderful panorama of Mill Hill. One of the best things about Gould Pond is its proximity to Rock Harbor Beach, and camping at Idle Time Rv Park & Campground is always a wonderful experience. Frostfish Cove is not far from Gould Pond

Gould Pond you'll meet some people from Barnstable Town for sure; a good spot to camp here at Gould Pond is Atlantic Oaks RV Park.
You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area near Gould Pond has to offer.
Olde Tavern Motel and Inn is a fine place to get some rest, and don't leave Gould Pond without first going for a hike along the Fort Hill Trail. Gould Pond gets lots of water; the month of November is the wettest with most of the
rain while July is regularly the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Gould Pond. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the
wintertime at Gould Pond temperatures plunge to the 20's.
And that's not all you can do here at Gould Pond. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Gould Pond; Buttonbush Trail is a brilliant local trail. Dry warm beds await you at Skaket Beach Motel; you'll come across a delightful lake called Cedar Pond.
