You'll need more than a day to explore everything Goose Pond has to offer, you can camp at Campers Haven LTD.; Burnt Swamp is a swamp in close proximity to Goose Pond. An average amount of precipitation falls at Goose Pond; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and the       driest of the months is June. This lake is so wonderful. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. If you want to stop at some interesting stuff, stop at Nantucket Cliffs; if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend South Beach. The top of Popsquatchet Hills is easily distinguished from Goose Pond. There's so much to do here at Goose Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Grindell's Ocean View Park is a wonderful place for                  that. For the period of the summer months highs here at Goose Pond reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Goose Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Goose Pond, you could also explore nearby Pest House Pond, and a journey to Brant Point is always a nice idea.
