This lake is so wonderful. You can spot Abbey Hill from Gilder Pond; if you came for an overnight stay Camp Overflow is a pleasant site to camp. Gilder Pond gets a lot of water; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Catamount; the Turner Trail is a delightful       hiking trail close by. Yeah, come here to Gilder Pond for a good time.
