A visit to Gates Pond is always a good idea. During the months of summer at Gates Pond temperatures are mostly in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Gates Pond. this is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Assabet River Reservoir is a lake around here. A quick spree to Barefoot Brook in the neighborhood of Gates Pond is a magnificent idea, and after a long day outdoors Residence
Inn by Marriott Boston Marlborough is a good location to spend a night or two.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Gates Pond a wet spot; November is when you get the most rain here; September is when it's the driest.
Put some time aside to spend at Crystal Spring while you're here at Gates Pond, and a nice beach close by is Memorial Beach. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Gates Pond. Golf can be played at Juniper Hill Golf Course;
Brewer Brook Dam is a place that is in close proximity to Gates Pond.
Why not visit a swamp like Hog Swamp if you're here at Gates Pond.
