Why not stop by Gales Pond if you're passing through these parts. Camping at Wagon wheel Camping Area is always a tremendous experience, and Pine Ridge is a very popular ski area around here. Looking for some flowing water? Try Black Brook. Gales Pond frequently gets much rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.

Gales Pond is not the only place close by, Hastings Pond is a close by lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Ashuelot River offers some good whitewater. One of the overriding features of the surroundings of Gales Pond is Barber Hill, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Marlboro Trail.

the summertime months highs here at Gales Pond reach the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and overnight lows at Gales Pond all through the wintertime
commonly dip into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Executive Inn, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Farmers Trail. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Gales Pond you can
take a hike along the White Arrow Trail, and float down the rapids of Millers River in a kayak.
