Through the warm days of summer at Gales Pond temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Gales Pond. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Keene is a good place to spend a night or two; Gales Pond Dam is a scenic place, definitely worth going to. Gales Pond gets a great deal of water; throughout May this area sees the most rain; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect close by hotel is Best Western Sovereign Hotel, and Richards Mill Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out.
