Go to Frye Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Why not camp at Lorraine Park Campground if you're here at Frye Pond, and it's a great idea to pop by Rapers Brook. Summertime highs at Frye Pond regularly tend to be in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's with temperatures at Frye Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Field Pond Dam is beautiful and it's next to Frye Pond; if you came for an overnight stay Camp Cedar is a splendid place to camp. Frye Pond regularly gets lots of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly November, that's
the one that rains the most, and August on the other hand is the driest. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. What would winter be without some skiing at Blue Hills. There are plenty of people from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy here at Frye Pond, and golf can be played at Greens at Thomson Country Club.
