A visit to Fountain Pond is always a good idea. Throughout the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 80's at Fountain Pond, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and overnight lows at Fountain Pond all through the winter ordinarily sink into the 0's. | | Brook is a beautiful stream that is worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. Near Fountain Pond you come across good places like Brookside Col, and if you're a golfer then a glorious close by course is Greenock Country Club. Do go to Rising Paper Company Dam if you're here at Fountain Pond, and if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a fine choice. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bash Bish Brook. hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Great Barrington, Ma, and Fountain Pond is a site with many visitors from Pittsfield. Fountain Pond is right by the Elbow Trail, and why not camp at Woodland Hills Campground if you're
here at Fountain Pond. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Bousquet, and drift down the rapids of Konkapot Brook in a kayak. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Fountain Pond.
If the weather is gorgeous, you obtain a tremendous sight of Flag Rock from Fountain Pond, and do take a hike on the Indian Trail. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Wild Cat Trail, and great skiing awaits you at Ski Butternut.
Much precipitation falls at Fountain Pond; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here
at Fountain Pond. A good place to camp here at Fountain Pond is Camp Half Moon, and you'll discover a wonderful lake called The Cove.
