What a spot this is for outdoors folks. If you came for an overnight stay Circle CG Farm Campground is a glorious location to camp; don't leave Forge Pond without first going for a hike along the Walkabout Trail. Forge Pond is a location with many visitors from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River, and since you're here, you could also explore gorgeous Duck Pond. This lake is so wonderful.       There are pleasant sites to look at along the Ross Trail, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Woonsocket, Ri is a perfect place to spend a night or two. Very great water scenery is available at Lake Hiawatha Dam close to Forge Pond, and a quick journey to Fox Brook is without doubt a perfect idea. If you come at the right time of year, Clear and Branch offers some magnificent whitewater, and Holiday Acres Camping Resort is a pleasant                  campground nearby. Summertime highs at Forge Pond commonly tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's; overnight lows throughout the winter for Forge Pond tend to be in the 10's. Forge Pond really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise.
