Perry Hill is beautiful and can be distinguished from Forge Pond, and of course, this is a pleasant neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Cushing Pond is a lake nearby. Forge Pond regularly gets a large amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls through November while July is commonly the driest month. You completely must fancy Forge Pond. Nearby lakes? Forge Pond make for great places to go to. There's so much to do here at Forge Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Robins Pond Camp Ground is a great location for that. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Forge Pond. Once
the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Forge Pond plunge into the 10's. You'll need more than a day to look
at everything Forge Pond has to offer, you can camp at Norwell Campsites; paddling on Cohasset Tidal Rip is so much fun. Forge Pond Dam is a place that is next to Forge Pond; since you're here and you like golf, you can explore Ridder Golf Course.

Looks like it's still a beautiful place to take a vacation....I have been going to Ellis Haven for 50 years. It is definately one of my favorite campgrounds. Widgeon Pond
 | 16 miles away I was interested in a rental on Widgeon Pond. I stayed there many years ago and loved it....I have a cottage on Widgeon Pond. Nice, quiet and relaxing pond with reasonable fishing. Swimming is nice but sometimes the water is really high, almost to the extent where there is no beach at all. Some people have small parties or gatherings, but there aren't any loud parties. Very calming place to chill out.... |
