Go to Folly Hill Reservoir if you want to go to a nice lake. The summit of Cherry Hill can be seen from Folly Hill Reservoir, and a lake close by is Shoe Pond. Why not go to nearby Bass River if you're here at Folly Hill Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn is a perfect place to spend a night or two. The high level of rainfall makes Folly Hill Reservoir a reasonably wet spot; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is August.

| | Just can't get enough of Folly Hill Reservoir. A day on the slopes of Blue Hills is just what you need. A visit to Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is worthwhile, and if you came to camp Prospect Lake Park is a glorious location to do that. Salem Reservoir Dam is not far at all from Folly Hill Reservoir, and a visit to Fort Pickering Beach is always a magnificent idea.

to stop by, and Folly Hill Reservoir is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Lorraine Park Campground is a wonderful local campground. But wait, there's more to do close to Folly Hill Reservoir. Whitewater paddling is not
for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Cohasset Tidal Rip; Dane Street Beach is a scenic beach to check out. For the duration of the long summer days highs here at Folly Hill Reservoir reach the 80's, and all through the
night it cools down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Folly Hill Reservoir temperatures descend to the 10's.

Danvers is a wonderful choice, and why not head up to Bradford and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. A golf course near Folly Hill Reservoir is Wenham Country Club, and Folly Hill Reservoir is not far at all from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy.
