Foley Pond is a relatively wet place commonly with a great deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly May, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February. Throughout the warm months, highs regularly are in the 70's at Foley Pond while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's, and nighttime       lows during the winter for Foley Pond tend to be in the 0's. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Millers River, and not far from Foley Pond you obtain some good water scenery at Brooks Pond Dam. If you come at the right time of year, Quaboag River offers some perfect whitewater, and from Foley Pond you get a good vista of Prospect Hill. It's a brilliant idea to take a look at Maynard Brook, it's near Foley Pond,                  and a fine forest close by is Oakham State Forest. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites Colonial is a magnificent site to spend a night or two, and Wachusett Mountain has perfect slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. Really delightful skiing awaits you at Pine Ridge, and Davis Pond is a great lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Dean Campground is a great campground nearby; if you need a place to stay Sturbridge Super 8 Motel is a splendid choice. This location is unbeatable, just explore all the amusing things to do in close proximity to Foley Pond. So many exciting things to do at Foley Pond, so little time. Stay the night at Pine Acres Family Camping Resort; there are plenty of folks from Worcester here. Lakes?
