Sure, Lincoln Reservoir is around here. Very delightful scenery and great skiing is what you get at Bradford, and not far from Flints Pond you'll stumble on Todd Pond which is a delightful lake. This lake is so wonderful. At Flints Pond you can make out Hardys Hill, and get wet paddling on Concord River. Near Flints Pond you hit upon a golf course called Leo Martin Memorial       Golf Course, and if you need a site to stay Concord s Colonial Inn is a good choice. Doubletree Guest Suites Boston/Waltham is a good place to get some rest; a journey to Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is recommended. At Flints Pond all through the summer highs are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 30's while Flints Pond overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the                  0's. Flints Pond truly is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. Whitewater paddling is great on Charles River, and Flints Pond is a location with many visitors from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area near Flints Pond has to offer. There's so much to do here at Flints Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Star Camps is a wonderful site for that; hey, Gotta ski right? Blue Hills is a great location to do that. This lake is so wonderful. An out of the ordinary thing to check out in the neighborhood of Flints Pond is Sandy Pond Dam, and Bedford Levels is a glorious place to stretch your legs a bit. Flints Pond gets much water; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February.
