One of the best things about Flax Pond is its proximity to Lewis Bay Beach, and you can stay the night at Bass River Trailer Park. But wait, there's more to do close to Flax Pond. Why not take a look at close by Bass Creek since you're here at Flax Pond; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close       by Small Pond. Flax Pond is a good place to visit for more than one day, Yarmouth Campgrounds is a good place to camp nearby, and a delightful place close by is Horseshoe Shoal. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Hyannis Golf Club, and don't forget to explore Beach Point since you're here. Cobbs Hill is a peak you can spot from Flax Pond. Lakes are good; Israel Pond is a lake that's in the neighborhood                  of Flax Pond. All through the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Flax Pond.
