This lake is so wonderful. If you're dropping by Flag Pond from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy, you won't be the only one, and a perfect close by hotel is Marblehead Inn. Beverly Cove is in close proximity and always perfect to pop by, and if you came for an overnight stay Cape Ann Camp Site is a nice place to camp. Blue Hills is a tremendous local ski area; do take a look at Black Joe Pond, it's a beautiful lake. You       just should fancy Flag Pond. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Tedesco Country Club is around here; the skiing at Bradford is splendid. Nothing beats kicking back at Gas House Basin, and here at Flag Pond you can make out Burial Hill. All the water falling down from the sky makes Flag Pond a wet place; all through November this area sees the most rain; August is when it's the driest. If you want to stop at some exciting stuff, stop at                  Castle Rock; Marblehead Harbor is a pretty place. Through the months of summer at Flag Pond temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the night is quite chillier of course, generally in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's while Flag Pond nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. Why not camp at Prospect Lake Park since you're here at Flag Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Boden Rocks is a magnificent spot to stop by nearby, and if you're looking for a beach nearby we recommend Fort Beach. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are really plentiful here at Flag Pond. Glide down the rapids of Cohasset Tidal Rip in a kayak, and if you're here, you could also check out stunning Redds Pond.
