Egypt Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do in the neighborhood of Egypt Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Egypt Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Bissellville Campground is a good place for that; a round of golf at nearby Wahconah Country Club is a perfect way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. There's pleasant hiking along the Thunderbolt Ski Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Catamount if you're here. A common amount of rain falls here at Egypt Reservoir; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. be. A tremendous close by hotel is Travelodge, and swamps are exciting locations and Dalton Center School close to Egypt Reservoir is no exception.
There's whitewater on Westfield River - West Branch for all you adrenaline people,
and North Mountain is trouble-free to spot from Egypt Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Egypt Reservoir; Circle Trail is a great local trail, and what would winter be without some skiing
at Mount Greylock Ski Club. Stay the night at Fernwood Forest Campground, and you'll most likely meet some folks from Pittsfield here.
Very nice water scenery is available at Egypt Reservoir Dam in close proximity to Egypt Reservoir,
and needless to say Anthony Brook flows through this area. Don't leave Egypt Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Cheshire Harbor Trail, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Green River. Summertime at Egypt
Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Egypt Reservoir.
