Beautiful Echo Lake has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. A trip to Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is worthwhile, and hey, North Brook is a good local stream. So much exciting stuff to do here at Echo Lake, too perfect to be true. Dry warm beds await you at Wellesley Inn On The Square; Kingsbury Pond Dam is a beautiful location, definitely worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful. A great spot for whitewater paddling

| | near Echo Lake is Charles River; you get a good sight of Castle Hill from here. At Echo Lake during the summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Echo Lake. Royal Crest Country Club not far from Echo Lake. There's so much to do here at Echo Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Hollow Camping is a perfect spot for that. Really delightful skiing awaits you at Blue Hills,
and a great swamp in close proximity to Echo Lake is Reserve Pond. Chickering Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore; lots of folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy come here. If you need a spot to stay Boston View Motel is a nice
choice, and Echo Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort is a delightful local campground. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Assabet River.
