A brilliant sight of pretty Dolbier Hill is available from East Templeton Pond; playing golf is lots of fun at Templewood Golf Course. East Templeton Pond is a wet place that gets a lot of rain; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing       stuff at East Templeton Pond. Lamb City Campground & Variety is a fine campground nearby, and Super 8 Gardner is a good place to get some rest. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to East Templeton Pond. Greenwood Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out, and this is a popular place for folks from Worcester. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave East Templeton Pond without first going for a hike along the Harling Trail,                  and Contoocook River is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Wachusett Mountain, and a magnificent place for whitewater paddling is Millers River. There's splendid hiking along the Parker Trail; skiing at Pine Ridge is one of those things you just have to do. This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little spree to Partridgeville Pond Dam since you're here at East Templeton Pond; the White Dot Trail offers hiking at its best. Summer brings highs in the 80's to East Templeton Pond. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's while East Templeton Pond nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's.
