Beautiful Eagle Pond has much to offer visitors. Eagle Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; during the month of November you get the most rain around here; the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Buttonbush Trail is always a great adventure; the fine folks of Barnstable Town like to hang out nearby. Camping at Grindell's Ocean View Park is always a wonderful experience, and Sea Street Beach is rather nearby

At Eagle Pond during the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 60's. Through the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Eagle Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Near Eagle Pond you hit upon the Great Island Trail which is a great hiking trail; Breakers Beach Resort is a glorious location to get some rest. You are in the neighborhood of Bells Neck if you're here at Eagle
Pond, and there are other spots here than Eagle Pond, for example Bakers Pond. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Eagle Pond. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Blue Rock Par 3 Golf Course is around
here, and you can hit the beach if you want, Inman Road Beach is practically right here.
Go for a hike on the Red Maple Swamp Trail; if you haven’t been to Cape Cod National Seashore, you should schedule some time for it since you're here.
