Camping at Lamb City Campground & Variety is always a tremendous experience, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Gardner. The amount of rain that falls at Duck Pond is close to the national average; most of the rain falls through August, and February is the month with the least moisture. From Duck Pond you acquire a great view of Chestnut Hill; Ellinwood Country Club Banquet Hall is a golf course close by. Don't leave Duck Pond without first going for a hike

High temperatures at Duck Pond throughout the summer months are in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Duck Pond temperatures drop to the 0's. Laurel Lake Campgrounds; Duck Pond is not the only spot close by, Paige Pond is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Pine Ridge; Newton Reservoir Dam is not far at all from
Duck Pond. Doane Falls is always fun to check out, and a swamp like Paine Swamp near Duck Pond has lots of interesting things to see. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. There's pleasant hiking along the Red
Cross Trail; getting to Buckman Brook from Duck Pond is trouble-free. If you go for the outdoors, you'll go for Duck Pond. A lake close by is Newton Reservoir, and glide down the rapids of Millers River in a kayak. The smiling
folks of Keene like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. There are splendid places to explore along the Marlboro Trail, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Sovereign Hotel is a good choice.
