All our national parks are magnificent locations to have a look at, and Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is no exception, and after a long day outdoors Four Points By Sheraton Norwood is a great place to spend a night or two. From Dry Pond you get a brilliant vista of Rattlesnake Hill. There's so much to do here at Dry Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Canoe River Campground is a magnificent place for that. | | gets much rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is June. Charles River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and a pleasant nearby hotel is Courtyard Boston Norwood. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Canoe River Campground. return back home again. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Blue Hills is close to Dry Pond, and do stop by Muddy Pond, it's a scenic lake. Summer at Dry Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the night is somewhat
chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Dry Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Brookmeadow Country Club, and you'll almost certainly meet some folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy here.
