If you're here at Doughnut Pond and you like golf, you can explore Sandwich Hollows Golf Club, and Doughnut Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Peters Pond Park is a splendid local campground. Nothing beats kicking back at Town Beach; after a long day outdoors Dan'l Webster Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. East Boat Basin is a gorgeous location in close proximity to Doughnut Pond, and dropping by Cape Cod National Seashore is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. This lake is so wonderful. A striking lake like Grassy Pond in close proximity to Doughnut Pond is a glorious site to explore, and Springhill Brook is a beach nearby that
you can go to. Summer at Doughnut Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are generally in the 60's. Through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the winter
at Doughnut Pond temperatures drop to the 10's. Doughnut Pond is a wet place that gets much rainfall; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
There's so much
to do here at Doughnut Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Dunroamin' Trailer Park is a magnificent site for that, and if you need a place to stay Belfry Inne is a magnificent choice.
