The beauty of Degano Pond attracts many people from all around. On a wonderful day you get a vista of Bad Luck Mountain from Degano Pond; you can go for a hike on the Richard Trail. A quick trip to Seymour Brook close to Degano Pond is a perfect idea; going for a hike on the County Road Trail is always a nice adventure. Glide down the rapids of Little River in a kayak; beautiful scenery and wonderful skiing is what you acquire at Blandford. High temperatures

| | at Degano Pond through the warm months are in the 80's, and the nighttime is slightly cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's while Degano Pond night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. precipitation; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is January. Dry warm beds await you at Dutch Iris Inn, The; Degano Pond is not the only location close by, Granville
Reservoir is a close by lake. A swamp like Shaughnessy Swamp close to Degano Pond has lots of interesting things to see, and skiing at Ski Sundown is one of those things you just must do. And that's not all you can do here at Degano
Pond. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Hubbard River; a lake nearby is Cooley Lake. That right there is plenty already, but it continues; Degano Pond has it all. Camping at Prospect Mountain Campground is always a good experience,
and a splendid location to go to is Sullivan Hollow. This lake is so wonderful. An interesting thing to have a look at in the vicinity of Degano Pond is Cooley Lake Dam, and glorious hiking is available along the Link Trail.
