Massachusetts has many beautiful lakes and Deerfield River Reservoir is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Deerfield River Reservoir is nice fun, Barton Cove is a nice local campground, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Berkshire East. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. A tremendous view of beautiful Bald Mountain is available from Deerfield River Reservoir; there are some great whitewater spots on Deerfield River. Here at Deerfield River Reservoir there are plenty of folks from Springfield, and do take some time to explore Buckland State Forest since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. is right next door to Gardner Falls Main Dam which is a striking place undeniably worth going to, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Albert Davenport Pond.

summer days highs here at Deerfield River Reservoir reach the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Deerfield

North River flows through this area. Go for a hike on the Sunset Trail, and there's whitewater on North River for all you thrill seekers. This lake is so wonderful. Candle Light Motor Inn is a fine place to get some rest; why not
camp at Springbrook Family Camping Area since you're here at Deerfield River Reservoir.
A round of golf at nearby Edge Hill Golf Course is a wonderful way to kill some time, and if you're here at Deerfield River Reservoir it's a splendid idea to pop by Wilder Flat.
