    Curtis Ponds is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do near Curtis Ponds. If you need a site to stay La Quinta Inn Auburn/Worcester is a splendid choice, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Auburn. If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great globe it would be. While you're here at Curtis Ponds you can play some golf at Green Hill Golf Course; if you're here, you could  
   stop at Beaver Brook.
The Border Trail offers hiking at its best; why not camp at Wood Lot Campground since you're here at Curtis Ponds. This lake is so wonderful. If you're visiting Curtis Ponds from Worcester, you won't be the only one, and great skiing awaits you at Pine Ridge. Curtis Ponds gets much water; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.

               Area is a great site to camp, and one of the major characteristics of the surroundings of Curtis Ponds is Dorothy Hill. There's good hiking along the Munyan Trail; unsurprisingly, this is a great region for folks who like lakes, Leesville Pond is a lake close by. Do pop by Curtis Ponds Dam if you're here at Curtis Ponds; if you have the time, Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is a national park worth checking out.
This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Clear and Branch, and you can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Wachusett Mountain. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Curtis Ponds get into the 70's while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Curtis Ponds are in the 0's. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Curtis Ponds; Ross Trail is a great local trail, and in all probability you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Coes Pond is just a very short distance away.
