The high level of rain makes Crowell Pond a relatively wet site; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is tremendous here at Crowell Pond, you can go for a hike along the Red Maple Swamp Trail; Blue Rock Par 3 Golf Course is a nice golf course close by. All through the summer here at Crowell Pond,       high temperatures usually reach the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Crowell Pond temperatures fall to the 10's. It's a nice idea to visit Bass River, it's next to Crowell Pond, and on a lovely day you can pop by Bass River Beach. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. A visit to Davis Beach in close proximity to Crowell Pond is always                  a good idea, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Buttonbush Trail. During your tour to Crowell Pond you'll meet some people from Barnstable Town for sure, and Seine Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to. A nice place near Crowell Pond is Dogfish Bar. Bass River Breakwater is gorgeous and it's near Crowell Pond; if you're looking for a splendid trip, Cape Cod National Seashore is quite near. If you need a site to stay Surf and Sand Motel On Nantucket Sound is a brilliant choice, and Grindell's Ocean View Park is a great local campground. Now, you may feel that's a lot but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Crowell Pond. After a long day outdoors Best Western Blue Water On The Ocean is a pleasant place to spend a night or two; if you're here, you could also stop by gorgeous James Pond. Parkers River Beach is next to Crowell Pond and is a stunning beach to go to; go to nearby Parkers River Marshes. This lake is so wonderful.
